subhead: guiding principles

All parents want to be good parents!

Children are born to learn!

Children learn the most from the people they love!

Parents are the experts on their own children!

Everyone deserves support in the parenting role!

PAT children, at age 3, were significantly more advanced in language, social development, problem solving and other intellectual skills than comparison children.

PAT children outscored their peers on measures of school readiness and later school achievement.

PAT was found to reduce placement in special education and to lower the incidence of abuse & neglect.
